We might have heard this “My job is too stressful” a lot of times from our friends, family, and at social gatherings.

 Researchers have indicated that more people are getting stressed at work than ever before, and the numbers are at an all-time high. according to research conducted for ages, 16-79 years old regarding work related stress in the USA, around 60% agreed they were stressed at work.

The numbers would certainly be higher or about the same in other parts of the world, especially in developing countries and those countries where labor laws are not implemented, and work related stress could be higher.

Workloads have been increased and expectations are higher from employees with salaries not matching the workload an employee carries over them.

Work-related stress could have significant effects on your health and could lead to heart-related problems. It is impossible to find any low stress job these days.

 But, there are still a few ways you can adopt to reduce or helps you in managing stress at work and have a productive time at work.

Most working families have their hands full, you have to get ready your kids for school, get ready yourself, grab your stuff before leaving home and grab your tumbler with coffee while dropping off kids to school before heading to work. While on the way to work, you have to deal with heavy traffic or someone tried to cut you off and almost hit your car.

 All this chaotic morning routine has already put you under pressure before even you stepped into office.

To avoid this chaotic start in the morning, start managing your time, get up earlier and by now you should know how much time would it take to get yourself and your kids ready.

 Always eat breakfast at home or have enough time to eat breakfast peacefully. This will ease your nerves and have already energized you before stepping at work.
